Luxury loft with warm jacuzzi and peace of mind

Are you looking for a nice, quiet spot in nature where you and your loved one lack nothing? Then book your luxury apartment with us in the terrace house with outdoor whirlpool under an open roof. Parties of any kind are not allowed due to the exclusive furniture and desired tranquility. The apartment offers you a unique feeling of modern architecture, luxury, country life with fresh air, beautiful landscapes with hills and forests and proximity to Lake Murten, Lake Wohlen and the river "Saane". All photos incl. whirlpool depict the rental property, which is exclusively available to guests. Bern is (with 15' by car) just far away to be able to switch off, but also close enough for a spontaneous city trip. All rooms are thoroughly aired/cleaned/washed and disinfected after each booking. The apartment is also used by ourselves (including friends/family), so cleanliness is very important to us. Guests who are new to AirBnB (i.e. do not yet have good reviews) we ask for the duration of the stay to provide a credit card or ID. Any damage must be reported to your own liability insurance at checkout. The apartment includes a living area of 100sqm, a large bedroom including direct access to the bathroom. Likewise, there is another bathroom. The open kitchen completes the excellent indoor climate. The large terrace of 65sqm is accessible through three sliding doors and is equipped with sun loungers, dining table and an outdoor jacuzzi as a highlight. In the pool is an unobstructed view of the stars possible while the rest of the terrace is covered. Do more of what makes you happy. We are happy to offer a bottle of Prosecco. Smoking indoors and unannounced additional guests are not allowed. The apartment is not suitable for children. rules of host: -Kitchen cleaning: Please clean stainless chrome steel only with a wet fiber cloth and dry cotton cloth, do not use a sponge or brush to avoid scratches. -Once the garbage bag is full, please put it in front of the door and ask host for pick up, please do not dispose the garbage by yourself. -Please do not touch, scratch or splash water to the colored designer walls. -Night rest 10-8 pm, bathing possible until 10 pm. -Please shower without shampoo and shower gel before bathing in the spa to prevent the foam chemicals from getting into the spa water. -The whirlpool water remains the same during the stay, the daily cleaning disinfects any residues, but the dirt that gets into the water does not disappear. -Please close the whirlpool carefully immediately after use so that the water does not cool down (demonstration at check in). -Sliding doors weigh 250kg, please close windows slowly and carefully (no slamming without guiding by hand). -Please close the sliding doors gently by hand from the outside (do not let the house cool down by leaving the doors open while bathing). -Please use towels and house slippers after bathing in the whirlpool and do not walk around the apartment wet. -Please hang wet chlorinated towels in bathroom (do not hang over velvet sofa/chairs). -Please do not give water to plants. -Sofas and chairs are made of velvet fabric, which cannot be wet cleaned, we thank you for your careful use. Blankets are ready freshly washed. -Every day it requires a short message to host for cleaning the whirlpool, this takes about 5min. (The alternative would be to put a lot of chlorine in the water so that the whirlpool would not have to be cleaned every day, but we condemn this procedure and want to keep the water quality for you high or as far as possible chemical-free. -We do not rent out for commercial purposes or parties (unannounced guests are not allowed). We also prohibit the use of drugs in our house. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house.
