The main attraction though is the outdoor living space, covered dock, and great room with views of beautiful Lake Hartwell. There is enough room for a large group or family for any occasion. Enjoy several outdoor decks, a private hot tub & fire pit (logs provided) for entertaining friends and family as well as a gourmet charcoal grill. A few other outdoor amenities include covered dock with umbrellas, paddle boat, kayaks, lily pad float, & fishing poles. This is the perfect place to unplug and recharge! *** PLEASE NOTE**** 1) Master and guest bedrooms on the top floor have no bathroom. Bathrooms are located on the main floor and basement. 2) Main bath has a beautiful new tile shower and luxurious claw foot tub. 3) Finished basement has a full bath with shower. 4) For your protection, the front door bell is a Ring Doorbell that has video recording monitoring for outside only. 5) For your protection, there is a video camera recording monitoring for the backyard facing the pathway to the dock. 6) Cell service is not the most reliable in this area however most major carriers will be able to pick up signal at the top of the driveway. Home has very reliable wifi and you will be able to enable wifi calling on your smartphone. 7) There is an outdoor shower with hot water available for your convenience. Please rinse off before entering the hot tub after being in the lake. Not doing so may result in chemical imbalance and additional charges to correct. 8) Please rinse all dishes before putting into the dishwasher. Failure to do so will result in clogged pipes and damage fees. 9) Driveway is steep and ends in flat parking area. *Please treat this property with respect.
