Santa Margherita Villa is fully staffed and undoubtedly has one of the most spectacular Caribbean seaview! This elegant 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is located on the cliffs of Silver Sands - spectacular view, own private swimming pool, and a short walk to the white sandy beach! The home is elegant and luxurious having 3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms It is magnificently maintained and the staff take great pride in keeping the home in perfect shape. Santa Margherita enjoys one of the most spectacular Caribbean and beach views in Jamaica! When we visit this home we feel the sea and a great sense of calmess befalls us. The home has a private swimming pool and lounge chairs to enjoy to that "wow" view from the pool deck! This home's sundeck has one of the best views in Silver Sands! The "Wow Factor" for sure! The family living room also has expansive sea views and opens onto the pool deck allowing a flow of the trade winds to flow throughout the whole house. The home has WiFi throughout and all bedrooms are air conditioned for your sleeping comfort. Just a few minutes stroll away is the powder white beach of Silver Sands - one of Jamaica's treasures. There is a beach club and grill to ensure you wont waste away as you and your family soak up the sun and sea. Both Indoor dining and outdoor dining options for your specially prepared meals by our Santa Margherita Chef! Imagine wonderful dining at your own private villa. Let the team know what you want and it will be done. Or let them surprise you with their favorite recipes! Mealtimes are always wonderful family experiences at Santa Margherita. Staff includes your own chef and housekeeper/laundress. The chef and/or housekeeper, upon guest's request, start work from 8:00am until end of the dinner service every day. Otherwise, staff work from 9:00am to 5:00pm. All the modern amenities such as WiFi, cable TV, music systems are in the home for you to enjoy. The windows and doors are insect screened for your comfort and the living area has a wet bar with refrigerator for access to cocktails while you are on holiday! The master bedroom as a king sized bed with en suite bathroom. Bedroom has ocean views. Bedrooms 2 has a queen sized bed with bathroom. Bedroom has ocean views. There is a short 4 minute drive from Silver Sands takes you to the Town of Duncans, where you can purchase all groceries required. If you do not wish to venture out your staff can do the shopping. The pool is 5ft deep. They have an outdoor shower Lovely outdoor seating, great snorkeling but must bring your own gear. Really lovely gardens There are 80 steps down to the water and we saw some beautiful fish just from standing on the dock. Water shoes might be helpful for getting in but the water is shallow enough and the snorkeling is great. The sandy beach is just a couple minutes walk from the villa. Wait!
