ALL LINENS PROVIDED! We also provide a small amount of paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and dish/hand soap to make short stays easier! This sweet home has two bedrooms and one full bath. It is located 3 miles from Beaver Stadium (5 minutes with no traffic!) and less than 2 miles (2 minutes!) from Tussey Mountain. The home is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and a cozy night's sleep! We are local and happy to help you find anything you might need while here. You'll find coffee and add-ins plus to-go cups in the kitchen upon arrival. We've also left you a Smore's maker and supplies on the table. Please help yourself! There are NO STAIRS inside the home, so access is easy for all. (There is one step to go in through the front door.) Tailgating? We've got you. Let us know if you need chairs, coolers, even a tent! ($40 fee applies to cover replacing these items periodically) If you're flying into town, we know these items are super helpful. You'll love sitting on the covered back porch that is surrounded by a fenced in yard! Lots of outdoor games will keep kids (and adults!) busy outside, and we have lots of kid activities (books, coloring, play dough) for inside play as well. There is also a fire pit in the backyard complete with s'mores essentials! Room Setups: Master: one queen bed 2nd bedroom: 3 twins (2 bunks with trundle) living room: full size futon, and fun chair that folds down into a twin bed! Brand new furniture, mattresses (zzz!), and linens for all rooms.
