Situated on 3 spacious acres in the heart of the high desert - offering breathtaking views, first-class accommodations, and an infinity pool. TKWR is a short 5-minute walk to the historical Pioneertown strip, and iconic roadhouse bars Pappy and Harriets, and the newly renovated "Red Dog Saloon"! Our pristine location is sure to create unforgettable memories! The space Upon entry to the property, you will immediately feel as though you have “arrived”. The relaxed vibe (yes, we have hammocks throughout the property) exudes “Welcome to Ranch Living”. The living room offers oversized glass sliding doors that accentuate views of the property and the acclaimed Pioneertown "Sawtooth" mountains. Every item of decor in the home has been hand-selected, with each piece telling a unique desert story. The custom art installations have been carefully curated to give a contemporary western ranch feel and provide plenty of opportunity for unique "content". The indoor/outdoor living space is perfect for endless conversations amongst friends beneath the desert star-scape. Our newly renovated chef's kitchen is open and incredibly spacious offering ample room to gather while cooking daily breakfast or group dinners. It offers 2 dishwashers, 2 mini-fridges as well as a large main fridge. It includes Le Creuset pots/pans and cupboards filled with ample dishes, silverware, glassware, and all the chef's cookware you could ever need. Newly renovated full bathrooms with dual vanities and large modern shower formats ensure that 5 star living feel throughout your stay. There are four main bedrooms in the home, all of which have different themes and plenty of space, including our master "Roy Rogers Suite" for those looking for the ultimate desert luxury experience (which has an attached oversized den with a fold-out couch for guests). Last but not least, The Know Where Ranch has its own on-site Saloon properly named "The Know Where Bar" with full bar service available as an add-on, perfect for sundowner cocktails and countless laughs with you and your guests! During the summer season, it is $250 to heat the pool per day and in the winter months, it is $550 to heat the pool per day. We have to pay high costs for propane to be delivered here in the high desert, thank you for your understanding.
