Delicious newly renovated cottage near the sea and with a spectacular view, where you can get there by walking for a few minutes on foot or by car. The house, completely independent, has a beautiful sea view and a delightful garden with deckchairs and barbecue. The house is very comfortable and equipped with all comforts including washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning in the bedroom and television (even if you don't need it!). In the living room there is a queen-size bed. The house is livable both in summer and in winter by having a wood-burning stove in the living room and the hot and cold air in the bedroom. The bathroom is large with a very comfortable shower. The garden has a spectacular view, deck chairs and a table to eat under a beautiful pergola.
