Directly in front of Melbourne's beautiful Botanical Gardens, with views also of the Bay and just a 10-20 min. stroll to the Art Centre, Flinders Street Station, Southbank, Melbourne Casino and the centre of Melbourne, the apartment highlight is the location and views. Additionally it is 50 metres (45 yards) from a tram stop, which can take you to St.Kilda beach in a few minutes, or take it the other direction through the city central. On each corner (to left and right) are supermarkets that are open every day, closing late at 10:30 and 11pm. Your reservation includes one car private secure car space, inside the same building as the apartment. Park car and catch the elevator up. The bed is a 100% latex mattress, King Size bed. 100% latex is hypoallergenic, super comfortable and movement from one person in the bed is not felt in the slightest by the other. The left side has views of the Botanical Gardens and the Shrine (a building of remembrance for our fallen soldiers), and to the right side of Melbourne Bay. Waking to Garden and Ocean views, while being by the heart of the city, I find a unique and relaxing experience!!
