Villa Vasia has been finished to an exceptionally high standard with well furnished rooms and fittings, and air-conditioning throughout. On the upper floor is a large open plan living area with kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is well equipped and has all modern conveniences. Also on the upper floor the master bedroom with en-suite toilet bathroom and a twin bedroom with en-suite toilet shower room. Both these bedrooms have ceiling fans and furnished balconies again with magnificent view. An outside staircase leads to the lower level of the villa where there are two further bedrooms one with twin beds (can be made into a double bed) and en-suite toilet shower room, and the other bedroom with double bed and en-suite toilet shower room. French windows lead out onto the pool terrace with its lovely sea view. On this level there is also a small second living area with a sofa bed, a well equipped kitchen and dining area the same as on the upper floor. Enjoy dining al fresco in this most romantic of settings outdoor with the scent of the flowers from the well attended garden. The 40 m² swimming pool has sun beds and umbrellas and a shower next to the swimming pool. On the terrace by the pool there is also a very comfortable sitting area with a sofa, chairs and a table. This is the perfect spot for relaxation, perhaps read a book or enjoy your evening drink or just get carried away by the breathtaking sea view!
