Welcome to Sunset Pointe! We call the home Sunset Pointe because it faces summer sunsets dead on with a beautiful long main channel view of gorgeous sunsets. 4 Bedroom, 4 bath home in Tan-Tar-A Estates near Margaritaville! The house can accommodate up to 17 people and is directly on the water with your own private dock. We have 900 square feet of decking and amazing main channel views while still providing the privacy of a quiet cove (10 houses in the cove). We are the second house from the end of the cove closer to the main channel. The house is separated into two levels, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the upstairs level, and a large great room with 1 oversized bedroom and an additional bathroom and kitchenet downstairs. The two levels do not share an access area. Tan-Tar-A Estates offers a gated community near Margaritaville which offers plenty of activities for families. Tan-Tar-A also offers golf and community pools. There is a boat in the slip of the dock, but if you decide to bring your boat or rent a boat, there is plenty of room to park on the sides of the concrete dock, but be aware that we do get main channel waves. Our boat is available for charters through anchorrides.com should you choose to take our vessel out with a captain. The house offers wi-fi, cable tv, off street parking, dishwasher, laundry, a fire pit, outdoor grill, and plenty of small amenities.
