Cosy semi-detached house located about 6 km from the center of Teramo, on a hill with view of the Mount Gran Sasso. It features a large garden with old trees and a second terrace overlooking the hills, equipped with barbecue. You can easily reach the Adriatic coast, with its sandy beaches, as well as several locations in the Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park where you can enjoy pleasant hikes outdoors along the marked trails or on the shores of the Lake Campotosto; a perfect combination for a holiday between sea and mountains! In addition to the historic center of Teramo dominated by the medieval cathedral you can visit nearby picturesque villages such as the Fortress of Civitella, Castelli with its pottery or Isola del Gran Sasso at the foot of the mountain. Over the summer many festivals are held in the surrounding villages, allowing you to taste genuine local food and wine. The owners will be pleased to offer sample tastings of some products of own production, according to the season. The house is made of two independent units with separate entrances, one of which is inhabited by the owners. Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate. Consumption costs are included in the room rate.
