Shore break.....50 meters to the beach

Newly renovated and tastefully decorated, bright & beachy holiday house only 50 metres from beautiful Dromana bayside beach & a short walk to shops, restaurants, & cafes of the foreshore. With 3 bedrooms (2 x King, 1 x Tri-Bunk), 2 bathrooms, all linen and towels provided, air conditioning, wifi & desk space, as well as plenty of off street parking, Shore Break couldn't be more convenient. Please be aware that the Mornington shire has strict guidelines that effect holiday rentals. These include restricting who can stay and the behaviour and activities of guests while occupying holiday rentals. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings that we feel don’t comply. The Space: Step out the front gate and take in the beautiful calm waters of the bay. You can't get closer to the beach than this! Behind the tree lined front fence you will find a spacious and private front yard shaded by gumtrees and with a large elevated deck set for alfresco dining for 6-8 people. The open green lawn is perfect for kicking around a ball or reclining in the sunshine on the very comfortable sun lounges. Tucked beside the house is a patio with BBQ and beneath the carport is a pingpong table. After being at the beach you can rinse the salt and sand away beneath the outdoor shower and open up the house through the large sliding door to let the summer breeze through the fully-equipped, 3-bedroom house. Inside you will find all modern appliances and attractive, classic seaside decor. There is a well equipped and very functional kitchen (including Nespresso pod machine and a chilled water dispenser), breakfast bar, and light filled lounge with big screen Smart TV, air conditioning and board games. The Master bedroom has a King bed, air conditioning and an ensuite with shower, toilet and hand basin. Bedroom 2 has a Tri-bunk (double below, single above) along with a desk for a quiet workspace. Bedroom 3 also has a King bed. The main bathroom has a shower over bath, vanity and toilet. European style laundry with washing machine and dryer. Linen, bath towels and beach towels are provided. Also plenty of off-street parking. No Schoolies or Party style bookings. Guest reviews: - Having stayed at a dozen or so places in Mornington over the years I can confidently say that this is one of the best places for families. Proximity to the great Dromana beach, super market, ice cream, cafes, bottle shop is just what made this a great experience for us. The house itself was big enough for 3 adults and two kids. There is a smart Tv, wireless, bbq, modern kitchen appliances which ensured we had everything we needed for when we came home from the beach! The table tennis table came in real handy for me to teach the kids how to play. The front yard is massive for a game of tag while adults sit on the large deck sipping coffee. There is a warm shower outside that helps wash away the sand and two sun recliners to have a snooze after a hard days play. In short, highly recommended for families looking for privacy, comfort and convenience while in Mornington. - Really enjoyed our stay! The location is fabulous - beach across the road is beautiful & shops 2 mins walk down the road. The house was super clean, well laid out and the welcome gifts were super lovely. The beds were really comfortable and great quality linen. Closing the front gate gave us our own private oasis! Highly recommend this property! David was great to deal with, a fabulous host and quick to communicate. Check in / out was super easy! We hope to visit again soon! - Went for a family getaway (parents, grandma, aunt and infant). Were able to configure the rooms in a way that worked for us. The bathrooms were well designed and well equipped. The front yard gets good sun and shade through the day. The flyscreens on the doors ensured we had a cool breeze anytime we needed it. The kitchen was well equipped, we cooked 70% of our meals. All the big appliances are pretty much brand new! Walking distance to the shopping centre and not a far drive to a bunch of other destinations.
