Modern and functional one bedroom apartment, completely renovated in Spring 2018, located in the very heart of the Navigli and Design District, one of the most characteristic and historical neighborhoods in Milan, beating of night and daylife. Dear Guests and Friends, I am happy to welcome you to our new modern apartment, just renovated and furnished with bright taste and equipped with all the desirable comforts to give you a dream stay! The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a well-kept Milanese building, conveniently served by a lift and concierge. Located near Via Savona, a stone's throw from the fashion showroom, Armani Silos, Museum of Contemporary Arts (MUDEC), the new dock and numerous restaurants and cafes. Easy access to the underground and other means of public transport and bike & car sharing. Once you enter the house you will find yourself in a large living area with open kitchen, equipped with everything needed for cooking, the living room a place for conviviality and relaxation, with its flat-screen TV, a sofa bed and a worthy fridge of the most abundant supplies. From the living room through a hallway you enter the large bedroom where you will find a spacious wardrobe, a comfortable desk for working, a double bed, made up of two single beds (available separately on request), 2 foldaway beds useful for accommodating a flexible number of guests, couples, families or small groups (up to six people). The comfortable bathroom has a spacious shower cubicle and a washing machine. Although you are in the most lively area of Milan, you can sleep peacefully thanks to the internal exposure and double glazing, which make the apartment extremely quiet. With the desire to give you the perfect stay, I put the entire apartment at your disposal, so that you can enjoy it in total autonomy and freedom. 50 inch flat screen TV, dishwasher, induction cooker, fan oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, espresso coffee machine, household linen (sheets, towels), iron and ironing board, washing machine, hairdryer, safe are available.
