Downstairs are two bedrooms, front living area and at the back of the house the kitchen, family area and dining which open out onto the lovely entertaining area. Upstairs is the master suite with ensuite. Fabulous outdoor entertaining area with fenced swimming pool, lawn area and gazebo. Great area for entertaining and child friendly. Visitors love this area for a number of reasons. Noosaville offers the widest choice in cuisine located in one area in Noosa, from fine dining to quaint cafes. There is even a floating restaurant. The proximity to the Noosa River makes Noosaville popular with families and everyone who enjoys the water. There is an excellent boat ramp with trailer parking and those without boats can hire them from one of the many hire services dotted along the river.
