This family friendly retreat includes an open living space, fully stocked kitchen and has a private fenced in backyard that everyone will love. You're also centrally located to everything the gulf coast has to offer! Downtown Gulfport is less than 2 miles away, and just 5 minutes to downtown Long Beach. THE SPACE The one level floor plan provides two bedrooms with queen beds. It's living room also provides a queen sized sofa sleeper for additional guests. The living room is equipped with a smart TV. Watch Live and On-Demand TV from top channels or stream with Netflix and Hulu. Wireless High-Speed Internet is available throughout the entire house (AT&T). The Comeback Cottage has a fully updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an electric range, and a dishwasher. There is one full bathroom with essentials like towels, soap, shampoo and a hair dryer. Enjoy your morning coffee on the brand new back deck while listening to the local song birds. GUEST ACCESS Guests will have access to the entire property with an exception of the owner's closet. SECURITY CAMERAS There is one doorbell camera located near the front door.
