This stylishly renovated 2-bedroom mobile home offers some of T or C's finest private outdoor soaking (water is HOT!). The shaded patio offers spectacular views of the Turtle Mountain. It's cheery colors, bamboo floors and mid-century modern furniture make it a unique and unforgettable getaway. It's a perfect escape from your daily life. This property is part of the #NMSafeCertified Program. Guests have access to all amenities including use of the hot mineral bath. Downtown Truth or Consequences is sitting on an aquifer of ancient water which many believe to have healing powers. This casita is within 5 minute walking distance to a grocery store, yoga studio, coffee shops, movie theater, thrift shops, the Rio Grande and so much more. Once you arrive, you likely won't need to get in a car during your entire stay (unless you choose to drive out to Elephant Butte lake or any of the ghost towns in the area). Pets at this property are periodically allowed at this property with an additional fee of $25/night and 1 dog maximum. Guests are required to clean up after the dog. By agreeing to book a stay at Casa Manana, you acknowledge that (1) you will be soaking in the hot springs at your OWN risk. and (2) guests are strictly not permitted to invite or host non-guests at the property without prior permission of host. Guest will be responsible for a fine of $200 for each non-registered guest. For a larger group, guests can also rent the next-door cottage (also with a hot spring bath) which connects via a sliding fence. Together the connected properties sleep 7. If I'm not around, there's an instruction sheet with all house rules including my phone number to call in case you have any questions. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the hot spring bath and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that soaking in very hot water may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person who has health risks, or soaks while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents that may occur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party.
