A private, bright and spacious Cottage - perfect for a relaxing break and ideally located for exploring the surrounding areas. Ideal base for touring the Cliffs of Moher, the Burren, Kylemore Abbey, Connemara, Aran Islands, Cong and Galway City. Situated in a rural area, just 10 minutes drive from Galway City centre. 3 minutes drive to restaurants, pubs and shops. Galway City Centre (Eyre Square) is 5 miles (8km) away. Galway Race Course (Ballybrit) is 3 miles (5km) away. Spacious, peaceful, cosy, self contained Charming Irish Country Cottage. There is a large and comfortable open-plan living room/dining/kitchen area with all modern appliances. Amenities: Oil central heating with stone fireplace and solid fuel stove. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire, bed linen and towels, and WiFi. Kitchen is well equipped with coffee maker, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and hob. Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer and microwave, iron and ironingboard. A welcome pack is provided. Two bedrooms: one on ground floor with a kingsize 5ft bed, and upstairs another kingsize 5ft ensuite bedroom. It sleeps four people comfortably. There is a garden to the side of the cottage with garden furniture. The Cottage is surrounded by a hedge and enclosed with a gate as well as off road parking. The property can sleep 4 pax maximum. NO pets allowed and NO smoking. NOT suitable for young children as bedrooms are not located on the same floor. There are no facilities for infants/young children at the Cottage. We live close by and are available to assist you, if required, during your stay. There is a side walk to the village which is one mile away. It has two hotels, a pub, two cafés, two supermarkets, a Church, a post office and a number of shops. A car is recommended for getting around.
