Night area: - Bedroom 1: double bed (140 cm x 190 cm). - Bedroom 2: double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) with a private bathroom with a shower. - Bedroom 1: a bunk bed (sleeps 2) and a double sofa bed. - A shower room with a shower. - Separate toilet. Outside : - A vast 350 m² gravelled and private garden, with deckchairs as well as a 20 m² terrace, east facing, with a barbecue, a table with 8 seats, the ideal place to enjoy a good meal with friends or family! Dates of opening non-contractual, subject to modification by the residence. - Two tennis courts.
