Lilium Villa is a modern 3 bedroom villa with a private swimming pool, stylishly furnished and decorated. Close to the historic town of Rethimno along with a choice of beautiful sandy beaches, Lilium villa can easily accommodate up to 7 people. The villa is divided into 2 floors. On the ground floor, there is a large open plan kitchen and lounge, well equipped with all the contemporary amenities, like TV/ DVD and Wi-Fi internet. Next to the lounge is a dining area. Doors from the lounge open directly to a shaded dining patio overlooking the pool. The kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher and large fridge/freezer. The washing machine is located in the main bathroom. On the ground floor belongs also the Master bedroom with the en-suite bathroom. Patio doors lead to a private garden terrace. Upstairs there is another double bedroom with a balcony overlooking the pool, surrounding vineyards, and the sea. The 3rd bedroom is a twin. It also has a sea view balcony. An extra folding bed, for a 7th person, can be provided if required. Saint Markos is a historic coastal village set just above the resort of Platanias with its sandy beach and welcoming turquoise waters. There are several tavernas, bars, and min-markets.
