Spectacular recently built luxury beachfront 2 bedroom apartment with a large balcony with stunning views over the East Strand Beach, Skerries Islands and Royal Portrush Golf Course. The apartment has direct entry onto the East Strand beach! The apartment is within walking distance of the town and harbour area with its many shops, cafes and restaurants. There is plenty of activities for kids including surf school, sand play park at the Arcadia. Apartment comes with ONE parking space underground . If you bring two cars then you will find Causeway Street offers opportunities to park the second car. Using a space other than our own specific underground space (no2) means your second car might get towed away by the management company. The space Please feel free to use the whole of the apartment and make the use of the private parking. WIFI is provided. The kitchen is fully fitted with all mod-cons down to an instant hot tap and a wine fridge!! Eat at the breakfast bar or at the table and chairs. Bath towels and bed linen are provided. However I would ask that guests bring their own beach towels. Also if your using the camp bed for a 5th person (child) please bring your own bedding. The apartment has its own separate washing machine and tumble drier which you can use to wash towels or clothes mid stay. Travel cot and high chair are provided. There is also a fold up camp bed for a small child to use but for this please bring your own bedding. Max guests any combination of adults and children up to 5 persons (eg 4 adults and 1 child). However NOT 5 adults and 0 children. If your dates are not available please contact us and we will see can we be more flexible with minimum nights etc. Other things to note This property has only recently been made available for holiday lettings. We have been busy making it ready for our first guests in July 2021! Reviews so far have been good with repeat bookings for next year! "We have just returned and had the most amazing stay! Separate Outside storage area as you enter the apartment and a full length balcony that runs from the main bedroom to the living room.
