IL BORGO - Como Lake

Our guests will have access to an entire ancient residence dating back to the 1600s located inside a characteristic village. Our structure is in the historical center, in a pedestrian area, therefore it cannot be reached directly by car. From the municipal stands it is necessary to walk about 200 meters of ancient districts. We have kept unchanged the original features of the structure, with an eye to sustainability. The two large open space levels are divided by an original wooden slab. The garden, the whirlpool and the sauna complete our offer. The accommodation: Living room: large kitchen complete with everything you need to cook independently living spaces in absolute comfort, with extractor hood, coffee capsule machine, American coffee, microwave, washing machine, hair dryer etc ..., round table with 4 chairs, comfortable sofa bed, smart TV 49 inches, free WIFI connection, large bathroom with bidet and large shower with chromotherapy. Through a characteristic and ancient wooden staircase you go up to the Relax sleeping area: large double bedroom, relax lounge with two armchairs, wooden balcony with stunning views of the valley, the mountains and Lake Como, bathroom including bidet, 32-inch smart TV ... all the comforts. Garden shared with the property, complete with gazebo with table and chairs, solarium with chaise-longue and relaxation area. Hot tub with hot water and outdoor infrared sauna. In addition to the house guests will have the opportunity to use the garden and the facilities it contains (sauna and whirlpool). Marina and Luca live in the Borgo and will always be available to their guests in order to make their stay a pleasant memory. Other things to highlight At our hotel you can also enjoy international breakfasts or typical of the area, being able to make (after booking them ...) or in the garden or in the original tavern located inside the village. Luca is skipper and owner of a sailboat, thanks to which it is possible to enjoy the experience of a mini-cruise on the wonderful lake of Como. It is possible to receive relaxing holistic massages at our wellness area. Although a washing machine is available on site, laundry and ironing services are available. Accompanying service is provided to and from the train station. Marina and Luca, for all couples who book in our structure for at least 6 nights, will offer, at their option, either a 75-minute ayurvedic holistic massage treatment or a mini-cruise on Lake Como on a sailboat. A unique, romantic and unforgettable experience. NB: In order to maintain a high level of comfort in terms of tranquility and relaxation, the structure has been designed and is dedicated to adults only, with the exception of children over 10 years of age.
