This apartment is in the outskirts of Logan but only a 15 min. drive to the heart of Logan UT. The location is a dream-it has a 360 degree view of the valley! The sunsets are breathe taking. We usually rent it when we are not home but if we are My family and kids live in the 2 floors above so there will be pitter patter of feet when they are home. We renovated the home and the apartment with new flooring and countertops. We know you will enjoy this apartment and it’s location as much as we do! This apartment is spacious and over 1000 sq feet! There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a BRAND NEW SOFA SLEEPER in the main living space. The view is breathtaking every night! Location: We are located approx. 15 miles from Logan city and 20 minutes from Utah State University. There are gas stations, restaurants and grocery stores less than 5 miles away. Our home is on 11 acres and exploring and hiking is encouraged —This home is at the base of Crow mountain which is beautiful and great for hiking. **We live in the upper floors with our kids so there will be noise, please find a different location or message me to find out if we will be on location during your trip** Entrance: Parking is shared but we have plenty of land and gravel spots for recreational vehicles— private entrance is on the north side of the home passed the front door. Things to do: hiking is always great and we are only 10 minutes from Cherry Peak Ski Resort. We can offer suggestions for many family activities in this area. Note: The thermostat is only for the Heat control and if you need AC adjusted we can do that from our phones. There will be a key for your separate entrance that can be found upon arrival instructions. We are happy to help you in any way during your stay and have been renting properties for over 3 years! Please contact us with any questions or concerns. There is plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and RV or boat parking available. Entrance is on the North side of the Home and a -hide a key- will be provided. Available to the guest via phone or text. Our location is on the outskirts of Logan in the agriculture city of Smithfield. We are less than 3 miles from the gas station and fast food. Personal vehicle is the best way to arrive. The gps takes you a little passed the driveway entrance. Turn at the mailbox house off the highway.
