The living area is located on the ground floor and the bedrooms are located upstairs. Linen, Towels and Bedding are provided. Please Note: Beach Towels are not provided. Please Note: Bridgepoint/Seapoint pool and Spa heating will be shut down over winter. As approved by the owners at the recent AGM the Bridgepoint/Seapoint pool and spa heating will be turned off over winter commencing from May until early October. For the brave, the pool and spa can still be used, however, the water is unheated and we ask that the covers be replaced after use. We apologise for any inconvenience
