Beautiful duplex penthouse with 2 large terraces and views of one of the most iconic streets in Sitges. Just 4 minutes walk from the Fragata beach or the San Sebastián beach. Shops and restaurants in the surroundings and right next to Cap de la Vila square, the nerve center of this wonderful coastal city. It is located on a second floor with an elevator. Sunlight floods every corner of the room, decorated with striking colored paintings and a smart TV. The open concept kitchen is located at the back of the living room and is fully equipped with all appliances and two fridge freezers. The living room opens onto a spectacular terrace where you can practice yoga at sunrise or dine under the stars with family and friends. It is a true Eden where you can relax in total tranquility without listening to the hustle and bustle that characterizes Sitgetan life, always surrounded by local festivities and international events such as the Irish Film or Arts Festival. On this same floor we can find 2 double en-suite bedrooms, both with their own bathroom with shower. One of them has direct access to the terrace and the other has a large window with natural light. Going up the spiral staircase we access the duplex floor with a room with two single beds, a large wardrobe and a bathroom with shower en suite. We go directly to the huge roof terrace for private use and charmingly furnished.
