A perfect retreat for couples, families and groups who love design and stylish/ boutique home. This is a quiet and friendly neighborhood, not suitable for party, prostitute. 3. The 7 bedrooms are very beautiful, well-thought of and with a personal touch according to its theme. You will enjoy taking pictures and shared them with one another. Each room has their own private bathroom, uniquely designed too. 4. We have 24/7 self-service check in, after your reservation is confirmed. I will send all description how to check in & check out by message, e – mail or the other chat applications. 5. Luggages to bring up to high floor? My townhome has 6 floors. Please do not worry we have the luggages lift to help you carry your luggages to your room and back down ( only during regular check in time ). 6. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: + You will have your stylish bedrooms & ensuite bathrooms. I supply basic toiletries; fresh bedlinens, pillows, towels, big duvets, body soap, hair shampoo, tissue paper, hair dryers, hanger rails for your clothes. You can choose the following options base on you + 7 Stylish Bedrooms + 7 Bathrooms. > 4 Spacious Bedrooms + 4 Spacious Bathrooms for 8 persons. > 3 Standard Bedrooms + 3 Standard Bathrooms for 6 persons. + Room No.1; Oriental Bedroom ( 40 sqm ) + Bathroom ( Rain Shower ) = King Size Bed. + Room No.2; Thai Bedroom ( 32 sqm ) + Bathroom ( Shower ) = Queen Size Mattress. + Room No.3; Gothic Bedroom ( 40 sqm ) + Bathroom ( Rain Shower ) = King Size Bed. + Room No.4; Vintage Bedroom ( 32 sqm ) + Bathroom ( Shower ) = 2 Twin Beds or King size bed ( It can be arranged ). + Room No.5; Beach Bedroom ( 40 sqm ) + Bathroom ( Bathtub ) = King Size Bed + Queen Size bed. + Room No.6; Retro Bedroom ( 32 sqm ) + Bathroom ( Shower ) = Queen Size Bed. + Room No.7; Village Bedroom ( 40 sqm ) + Bathroom ( Bathtub ) = King Size Bed. + Air-Conditioning and fans in all rooms. + Comfy memory foam hotel standard mattress. + Shower heaters. + All bedrooms have closets ( except Retro bedroom ). + Fully-Equipped European style Kitchen with Appliances, Pans, Dishes, Utensils, Basic Supplies + 2 Large Living Areas with Cable TV + 2 Dining Area + 2 Garden Areas; in front of the house and roof top garden. + Other facilities: exercise equipments & foosball table. 7. COMPLIMENTARY: - Fiber optic Internet wifi 100/50 Mbps. - Cable TV, DVD. - The kitchen fully equipped. - Basic Toiletries; fresh bedlinens, a choice of pillows, towels, big duvets, body soaps, hair shampoos, hair dryers, tissue papers, hanger rail for your clothes. - Daily cleaning everyday during guests staying at 8:00 – 17:00. Excludes cooking & laundry of clothes. 8. KITCHEN: - Fully-equipped kitchen with appliance; microwave, a fridge, toaster, oven, kettle, rice cooker, pans, pots, dishes, bowls, utensils, basic supplies, iron and ironing board. - Guests are not allowed to do their own laundry. If you require, I can recommend a neightbouring laundry service at a reasonable price ( clean & good ). 9. Airport Transfer/ Transportation service can provide for the guests. The guests pay directly to the transportation company. They know my house direction well. If you needed this, please let me know before in advance. NO HIDDEN FEES BUT MANY EXTRAS WITHOUT CHARGE! This delight townhome can accommodate up to 15 adults + children. My family and I look forward to welcome you at our house.
