Nestled quietly in the centre of Peregian Beach Village, The Apartment (a generous 100 sqm) is a private retreat for couples seeking a memorable break away. It is your choice - wining and dining in the many restaurants and cafes, resisting a boutique 'must have' or leisurely enjoying the magnificent beach and walking paths. Most guests happily manage both! The patrolled beach is opposite and just a 2 min walk. Simply - a SECURE GATED CAR PARK means you park your car and throw away the keys!! DESCRIPTION The spacious apartment is all about LOCATION - it is one of ONLY TWO properties offered in the centre of Peregian Beach Village. It offers, inclusively, gated secure parking with a connecting lift and stairs - a rare feature in The Village where parking has become a premium! With suggestions of a loft, possibly in Manhattan, The Apartment features very high ceilings. It is light and gracious and includes entry to an adjoining private, ivy-lined, enclosed outdoor sitting area. It invites you to relax and curl up for some 'me' time! There are assorted magazines and a library to cater for most reading tastes. An antique Black Wood sideboard and dining table and original artwork weave a thread of time's past. Ceiling fans and reverse cycle air-conditioning give you climate control and open ventilation through the seasons. Summer is never too hot, nor Winter too cold! Awaiting you is a platter of assorted fruit, Lindt chocolate, coffee and tea sachets. An open plan lounge and dining area (TV and Wi-Fi) , and adjoining full white 2pak kitchen with Corian marble bench tops complete the generous living room. Designed for couples, the bedroom space has a connecting dressing room and en-suite bathroom which features a large open shower and full laundry facilities. Available are a range of Modere personal care products which feature safe, toxin-free ingredients. Refreshingly pressed white bedlinen, a plump cotton doona and assorted pillows extend an invitation to be lazy or stay in without your alarm to wake you. Wendy, your host, will meet you on arrival and introduce you to both your accommodation and all that The Village has to offer. A lift connecting to the car park and Village amenities is wonderful for those requiring mobility support. The living accommodation is on one level without stairs to negotiate! LOCATION: Peregian Beach is easily accessible by car with services offered by all the major car hire companies. A local bus connection is opposite and an excellent shuttle service offers door-to-door transport to both the airport at Maroochydore (20 mins) and Brisbane (90 mins). ATTRACTIONS While ideal as a private retreat for a well-earned escape, The Apartment is also a well-positioned base to explore the highlights of the Sunshine Coast. A short 15 minute drive to Noosa Heads and the National Park, a day at Steve Irwin's Australia Zoo or meander into the hinterland to sample some of the farm-gate delicacies and the markets at Eumundi. Peregian Beach is one of the closest whale watching observation points on the Eastern Coastline (August to October). The patrolled surf beach is across the road and a variety of wonderful walking paths can take you north and south along the beach or into The National Park and Noosa's unique Biosphere! National Parks abundant with flora and fauna have designated coastal walking paths of various endurance ratings that showcase a remarkable coastline. Spectacular 18 hole golf courses (Coolum, Peregian Springs and Noosa) within close proximity. Day spas, Asian cooking classes and designer shopping are all within the immediate hinterland. Surfing lessons and the hire of boards and 'boogie' boards available. Kite surfing is very popular. Horse riding on some amazing sub-tropical or open beach trails. Sky jumping for a shot of adrenalin, all documented on a video recording, to an open beach landing at neighbouring Coolum Beach.
