The living room is large and spacious with an incredibly comfy sofa. Relax in front of the TV after a long day. The dining area seats 4 comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking! The Nespresso machine is there for your morning coffee. A separate Sofa-Bed is provided for an extra guest if needed. The large bedroom is perfect for a good night's sleep. Fresh linens are provided. The bathroom has white fluffy towels provided, as well as shampoo/conditioner/shower gel and body lotion - ensuring a comfortable stay. Guest Access: Guests have full access the pool, gym, squash courts, and parking is on request. The Neighborhood: Dubai Marina is the ideal tourist or business destination. It is one of the premium spots in Dubai where visitors usually frolic in to explore the many places to be in Dubai. This is also known for the JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands, high-end yacht cruises, and even an amazing night life. Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a waterfront community that attracts a lot of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with restaurants and cafe. The man-made marina is a home for various activities that visitors can enjoy like skydiving and jet-skiing. Dubai Marina is full of entertainment, dining choices, and leisure facilities. Getting Around: The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are parked just downstairs to take you anyawhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for hailing a taxi. If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a bus, train, tram, or water bus, there is a nearby bus stop where Bus 8 goes to Ibn Battuta Metro Station (outside Ibn Battuta Mall), Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, Burj Al Arab Hotel, Wild Wadi, and many more. Bus 84, on the other hand, goes to Jumeirah Beach Residence, Tecom, Al Barsha, and others. While Bus N55 goes to the World Centre Hotel, Dubai Country Club, International City, among many others. The Jumeirah Beach Residence 1 tram station, meanwhile, less than 5 minutes away on foot. This connects to the main metro station that can get you around in Dubai (Dubai Mall, Mall of Emirates, and others). The Marina Promenade Waterbus Station is also a few minutes away. Its routes include Marina Mall, Dubai Marina, and Marina Terrace. Many things are accessible by foot as well (restaurants, cafes, Roxy theatre, supermarkets, and more). The fastest and easiest way from DXB and DWC airport is by taxi (30min, 100 AED). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person).
