There is a step and an unfenced river in the garden. If you require the 8 man boat launch, please advise the owner when you contact him 14 days before. This is so he can put you on the insurance. The owner will require a lead name for the insurance, this person must be 18 years of age or over, & this person will be responsible for the boat. There is a 100GBP security deposit on the boat launch payable by cheque in advance. The beds are low to the ground. Up to two dogs only.
