A very pleasant holiday house with space for four guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and combi microwave. Below you sleep in a comfortable bed or up in the attic in a double bed. The bathroom has a separate toilet, sink, tub and separate shower. The "Vissershuisje" has its own garden at the front, where you have complete privacy. In this house, no pets are allowed.   You can visit the historic towns of Hoorn and Enkhuizen from the house. These cities are 11 km away. Hoorn is known for its many ancient monuments and canals around the centre. In addition, the house is only 30 km from the world-famous harbour towns Edam and Volendam away. The area is ideal for exploring by bike. It is wonderful to cycle along the dike with a clear view of the water. A small beach is not far away and the water is relatively shallow making it suitable for children. The recently opened Marker Wadden (2018), a beautiful nature project in the Markermeer, deserves a special mention. The Marker Wattensee, which consists of five islands, can only be reached by boat. There are observation towers in several places, including the 12 m high "Steltloper", 12 km of hiking trails and long beaches with shallow water. A must for bird lovers. Use of the sauna costs € 25 per unit (morning, afternoon, evening).
