Guest house is 1983 sq feet w/ ample space to entertain w/ a large kitchen, outdoor, & open bar area. 1 bedroom with a king bed and twin trundles (2 mattresses) & 2 full baths . There's a pull out queen stowed in the living room and a loft space for the kids to play. There are also 2 twin air mattresses available. There is a large loft area with 2 6 foot bean bags and a TV. The loft area does a have low ceiling.
