Along with the area’s most exciting attraction Zip World Velocity, the fastest zip line in the world and the longest in Europe, and Surf Snowdonia, a unique inland man made surfing lagoon, both within easy reach. Although its biggest attraction has to be its close proximity to Snowdon and Llanberis, home to Electric Mountain, the legendary masterpiece of Victorian engineering - a rack and pinion railway which climbs to the top of majestic Snowdon and for fabulous family days out Greenwood Forest Park and the Sea Zoo on Anglesey.
