Ideal if you are traveling for business, pleasure or a medical trip where you will find a relaxing atmosphere nestled in the woods. Privileged location & minutes away from all the happenings in The Woodlands: Waterway, Pavilion, The Woodlands Mall, Market Street, The Woodlands Country Club "Insperity" Tournament Course, The Woodlands Resort Golf Trails & close to I-45. Memory foam mattresses in all bedrooms, luxury linen, filtered water and ice dispenser in refrigerator, coffee maker, kitchenware, wi-fi, washer and dryer, studio with working table. House Rules during your stay: NO animals of any kind due to allergies NO smoking NO parties NO events NO gatherings of any type NO day guest visitors NO persons outside the reservation (even day visitors) NO cars parked in the street (for safety reasons please keep all vehicles in the driveway and or garage). Street is narrow and any car parked in the street will prevent any emergency vehicles to access the houses in the cul the sac, there are elderly families living here. Check-in is anytime after 4PM and check out by 11AM Self check-in with smart lock First things, first! - All bookings require a security deposit of $300 which will be charged at the time of booking. We reserve the right to keep this deposit to cover any incidental damages during your stay. No damages? We will return the security deposit within seven (7) days of check out. - Is your name on our list? If more guests are staying at the White Farmhouse (even during the day) than the number originally stated in the booking, the security deposit will be charged in full. - Change of plans? If you decide to extend your stay after check-in, please contact our team. We will do our best to accommodate you, but no promises! - Play safe! When you book this reservation, you take full responsibility for any bumps, bruises, accidents, or illnesses that occur in the White Farmhouse and any amenity spaces offered at the White Farmhouse (including, interior and exterior areas). If you notice anything that presents a danger to yourself, anyone traveling with you, or the White Farmhouse, please let us know as soon as you check in. - Mind the neighbors, please! Parties or excessive noise is strictly prohibited in the White Farmhouse - misbehavior costs $500. - Enjoy the fresh air! No smoke inside or outside of the White Farmhouse, since it is nestled into the woods we don’t want to risk causing a fire. Please, please, please do not smoke indoors - leaving behind a smoky odor at the White Farmhouse costs $500. - Being in the woods is super fun! And keeping the White Farmhouse clean is also important for you and the other guests. If your shoes happen to have excessive dirt, please use the entrance mats to clean them very well to keep debris out of the house. If you want, you can also leave your shoes at the entrance mat, just relax and enjoy the clean floors. - Yes, we know the deck is awesome, but the furniture inside the house is meant to be used inside the house, so the furniture is not allowed to be taken out from the house and used in the backyard deck (or any other outdoor space). - Bedrooms are for sleeping and kitchen is for eating, please do not take food into the bedrooms, white linens can be easily stained with food. Help us keep The White Farmhouse... white. - Humans on vacation. We know you love your fuzzy friends, but this is a trip for you! The White Farmhouse is for human-use only - break this rule and we’ll have to charge you $500. Due to allergies. - A clean home is a happy home. If the White Farmhouse is left in an exceptionally messy state, we will charge $50 for every extra hour of cleaning required. - Time is of the essence! Late checkouts will delay our cleaning professionals and result in a $50 charge for each hour. - Please don’t feed the dust bunnies. The White Farmhouse comes stocked with living essentials, but we do not provide daily cleaning services. Now let’s shake on it.
