Our house, La Villa le Geai Bleu, is located in a residential area, at the end of a very quiet dead end. You will have 4 comfortable rooms, a private swimming pool not overlooked and an enclosed garden, planted with Mediterranean species, completely flat. Always sunny by its southern exposure, our villa offers the perfect conditions for conviviality and space, with family or friends. The living room, spacious and bright, opens with two large windows onto the terrace, partly covered, which immediately overlooks the mosaic swimming pool. You can also enjoy an evening by the fireplace in winter. The independent kitchen, fully equipped and functional, also opens onto the terrace. You can make all your recipes there and enjoy them around the table. Up to 8 people can sleep there, with two independent sleeping areas (one on the ground floor, the other upstairs) each with 2 bedrooms, a separate bathroom and a separate toilet. The beds are flexible, with new hotel-type bedding: 4 double beds or 3 double beds and 2 single beds or 2 double beds and 4 single beds. you choose what works for you. The villa offers plenty of storage, a pantry and laundry room with all the equipment, and you can park on site inside the property. Its privileged geographical location allows you to access absolutely all the activities you can want, for all ages. The swimming pool is secured by a perimeter alarm.
