The space Our family owned property of 600 m2 is situated in a lovely and peaceful village Pomena on the island of Mljet which is the eighth largest and greenest Croatian island. It is characterised by a Mediterranean climate, dry summers and mild winters and is one of the sunniest Adriatic islands. House is situated just 50 m from the sea and 300m from lakes. Apartment, 36 sq m big, offers two cosy bedrooms with double bed, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower and balcony with beautiful sea view. Kitchen provides fridge , microwave, stove and kitchen utensils. Apartment also features TV, A/C, free Wifi, SAT TV and free parking. Hairdryer is possible on request. Nowadays it has its hotel, a couple of restaurants and coffee bars, grocery and souvenir shops, agencies etc… As a bay, is a very safe place for anchorage, being sheltered by a tiny island of Pomestak, which acts as a local naturist beach too. Pomena is also a port where one will arrive if you take a day trip to Mljet by fast ferry from Korcula, Hvar, Split, Brac, or Dubrovnik.
