East Ithaca apartment in country house

Full one bedroom apartment in my house, with a separate entrance on the side, dog and cat friendly. House is off of the main road on a secluded, wooded lot. Great location- a few minutes to Cornell and Ithaca College, 10 mins to downtown, and lots of options for hiking, skiing and mountain biking trails. 2 miles from Brookton's Market with fresh food, beer, coffee. We welcome people of all races, ethnicity, gender or sexual orientation. Just outside of Ithaca, this apartment has a private entrance and a large picture window looks out into the wooded lot that surrounds the house. Bathroom was recently remodeled with a new stand up shower with a combo fixed/hand held shower head, new floors. The kitchen has a regular stove and oven, full size refrigerator, lots of counter space and sink. Kitchen is stocked with mugs, glasses, plates, utensils, French Press coffee maker, regular coffee maker with coffee, Keurig pod coffee maker, hot water kettle, pots and pand I have dog dishes for water and food in case you forget yours. The living room has a large picture window which looks out onto the wooded back year, great place to watch the sunset through the trees. It has a futon couch, comfy chair, eating table and chairs. 100 mbps high speed wifi internet. Cell service with wifi enabled call/text, which most phones have. TV with streaming services, no cable. No Hulu unfortunately. Located 2 miles in a cute hamlet of Brooktondale which has a lovely market where you can buy snacks, groceries, beer, wine and espresso drinks. We have tons of outdoor activities in winter spring summer and fall. I can tell you all about the waterfalls, gorges, mountain bike trails, cross-country ski trails, great places to hike, fabulous restaurants, wineries, cideries, breweries, and distilleries. Just let me know what you are into! Park in the space near the end of the driveway, pull in straight and leave room for 2 more cars. Use the walkway in front of the house and continue outside down the steps on the left side of the house to access your apartment. Door has a keyless entry which I will program with the last 4 digits of your cell phone number, and the door always locks after it is shut. We are just outside of Ithaca about 4 miles out of town, also 4 miles to Cornell campus and Ithaca College. Our hamlet of Brooktondale has a sweet little Brookton Market which has all the essentials as well as 24 beers on tap and an espresso machine. You can get a breakfast sandwiches, soup, lunch, produce, snacks, toothpaste, gifts, cookies, tea- this place has it all. The house is close to Rt. 79 and if you need to use the bus for transportation, you can flag it down to get on. Feel free to walk your dog around the front and back yards, and use the scoop with rake to clean up the poop and you can throw it into the wooded area around the house. The trail in the back is not available but there are other areas I can show you where you can walk your dog.
