It takes its name from the large larch trees behind the house and consists of a living room with a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and thus accommodates 4 guests. Other excursion destinations are the worth seeing city center of the capital of South Tyrol Bolzano (Bozen) (45 km), the Messner Mountain Museum "Firmian" (55 km) or the gardens of Trautmannsdorff Castle near Merano (Meran) (76 km).
