Outdoor hot tub=relaxation. Comfy & quaint home.

My goal is for all guests to relax & enjoy my quaint home. Have a Keurig coffee on the covered front porch, kick back on the second floor & rooftop outdoor decks. Bay beach and playground are a 3 min. walk from the house. Sunsets are beautiful. Ocean beaches are a 15 min. drive to the west (Smith Point) and to the east (Westhampton). The street borders a 263 acre park with trails. There is an outdoor shower (April thru Oct), hot tub, gas BBQ, fire pit, wifi & AC. 20 min. to wineries. My home is ideal for unwinding in a quiet beach neighborhood. The house has a hot tub, 2 flat screen tvs , wifi, air conditioning, washer/dryer, outdoor shower and a fire pit. Webbys Beach and playground are a 3 minute walk. Tanger outlets and Westhampton town are within a 15/20 minute drive. Wineries are a 20-25 minute drive. Bars and restaurants close by. Huge covered front porch, 2nd floor and roof top decks. Contact me with any questions and I will get back to you as soon as possible. I am available during your stay via cell phone or airbnb to answer any questions or help with any issues that arise at the house. I do live in the house when its not rented so I may stop by (with renters approval) to get my mail, put the garbage out, water the plants, etc. The neighborhood is quiet with friendly neighbors who enjoy their small town beach community. The bay beach is a hidden gem on the south shore of Long Island that local families and visitors enjoy. Terrell River County Park borders the neighborhood and has miles of peaceful walking trails that lead to a half mile stretch of a secluded beach. The Long Island Railroad has a few stops within 10 to 15 minutes from my home. Mastic/Shirley to the west or Speonk and Westhampton to the east. Taxis and Uber are available. Most outdoor furniture and bbq will be put away and not available for use (unless requested prior to check in) November through March.
