Bedroom 2 - 1 x Queen Bed + 1 single Bed with ceiling fan Bunk House - 1 x Tri Bunk Bed and 1 x Sofa Bed Kitchen: Stovetop, Oven, Microwave, Fridge. Bunkhouse features a kitchenette with fridge. Living: Open plan living area in the main house with TV opening up onto the back deck, also an additional TV in the bunk house. Plenty of board games and books provided for your stay as well. Heating / Cooling: Reverse-cycle air-conditioning in the lounge room in the main house and also reverse-cycle air-conditioning in the bunk house. LINEN Sanctuary On The Water is fully equipped with all your bedroom and bathroom linen, however you will need to supply your own beach towels. WIFI Sanctuary On The Water does supply free Wi-Fi for your stay however we cannot guarantee the reliability of the network. SECURITY BOND A security bond of $500 may be required depending on your method of booking. You will be advised at the time of booking if a bond is required. ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES On the day of your arrival check in is from 2pm, when the property may be available for an earlier check in we will notify you. On the day of departure check out is strictly 10am, If a late check out should be available we will notify upon arrival. Please Note: Extra Cleaning fees will apply if the property is not left in a similar state of which it was found. $50 BBQ cleaning fee will be applied if the BBQ is left unclean after use.
