NYC's George Washington Bridge is only 18 minutes away. Close to Garden State Plaza Mall. Very close to 4 hospitals for first responders. Large comfortable private 1 bedroom apartment with eat in kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room. Separate entrance through garage. 1 parking space in driveway. The washer and dryer are separate from the apartment are available for guests staying longer than 4 days. We will designate days of use during COVID for safety and sanitization. Otherwise, by request. The whole apartment private with separate entrance and is all yours. ;) I will be available for assistance and requests always via cell phone 10:30am-11:30pm daily. Nicki We are located in an upper middle class quiet neighborhood in the Bergen County NJ suburbs. The property is a newly renovated home with 3/4 of an acre with lush green lawn and nicely appointed private patio for guests. Uber is available everywhere in this area as well as 2 train stations and several bus stops within 2-5 miles of the residence. We will food shop for you in advance of your stay if you would like to have your kitchen stocked upon arrival. You would of course owe us for the price of your food shopping bill. This is a convenience we offer with your stay.
