It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, a shared garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access. You will be roughly 3 km (1.9 miles) from the center of Sinalunga, where you will find restaurants and shops. Villa Arconte E is located on the ground floor of an ancient villa. You will reach it from the garden without having to climb any steps. To stay at Villa Arconte E you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. The area is equipped with tables, chairs and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the garden. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September. Please kindly note. The rental price includes: final cleaning; Wi-Fi Internet connection; linens and towels; electricity.Available upon request: heating; baby bed. Refundable security deposit paid cash upon arrival: EUR 100 (it is returned to you at check-out). Swimming Pool 2 The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 4 meters (13 feet) long. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the garden and of the greenery. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September. Garden The garden is 5000 square meters (54000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs and a gazebo. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a fascinating view of the greenery. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex. Laundry room In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.  Patio The patio is 8 square meters (86 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a bougainvillea pergola. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the garden. Living Room The living room is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are warm and elegant. Here you will find a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator without freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate two guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through a French door. The room also has two high windows with a view of the swimming pool. Bathroom The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the through an access area.   Please kindly note.
