Downtown Duplex

This newly built duplex is in the heart of downtown Bismarck only a short drive or walk to downtown restaurants & shopping, State Capitol, Bismarck Event Center, and both local hospitals. Located in a quite neighborhood, with private parking, and a beautiful outdoor patio, you are sure to feel right at home! The Space: Spacious open living space on the main floor with 20 foot ceilings and natural light. Kitchen is equipped with all the necessities to cook. A Keurig and French press, along with coffee, are provided. In the living room there is a TV with access to online streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, etc) and local channels. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms with large closet space and a full bathroom. Both bedrooms have queen sized beds with linens provided and blackout curtains. Washer and dryer, along with detergent, available for use. Cleaned by a professional cleaning company before each guest!
