Villa Carta, with private pool and wonderful view

Villa Carta, located in Cinisi, offers a wonderful view of Punta Raisi and the Gulf of Castellammare. The stone property was built using local materials; the warm wood floor, elegant furnishings, a well-kept garden with grass lawn and Mediterranean plants enhance the beauty of the villa, making it particularly suggestive. The villa, surrounded by large verandas, is arranged on two floors and it is accessed through the living room whose dominant feature is a stone fireplace. From here you can access to the dining area and the kitchen. The kitchen furniture consists of traditional artefacts belonging to the sicilian handicraft like the copper pots, the pantry and the table in poor art. Next to the kitchen there is a laundry room. A hallway leads to the sleeping area, which consists of two double bedrooms: the master one, spacious and with the surrounding garden view, has a bathroom en suite with shower. The shared bathroom with bathtub is on the ground floor. From the living room, a staircase leads to the first floor of the villa where there is a conversation area and a sitting spot with original masonry benches. A large stone doorway leads into another room, with couches and a study corner. On the first floor there is a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. All rooms are well furnished and functional. The adjacent bathroom on the first floor has a shower. All the bedrooms share a lovely view of the pool and the lush garden, getting lost into the blue crystal waters and the sandy beaches, which are only a few kilometers away from the villa. The villa has an outdoor kitchen with BBQ, gas burners and a typical wood-burning oven for preparing delicious dishes of the Sicilian tradition. The dining area of the outdoor kitchen is furnished with a table and masonry benches. The kitchen is equipped with utensils and appliances. There are various outdoor furnished spaces where you can stay and enjoy relaxing moments. The distance from the airport may be too close but it does not affect this peaceful place, in fact all the windows are made from wood and insulating glass and so that no disturbances can occur. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. A caretaker manages outdoor spaces to facilitate the guests' stay. Parking is available inside the property.
