Villa Hannah is located in Kapparis, a suburb of Protaras in the prestigious complex know as "Blue Water Bay Village" which makes this villa ideal for any family. This well presented holiday home has seaviews, boasts sunshine from morning – evening and is just 5 minutes’ walk to the local sandy beaches. Outside Villa Hannah offers plenty of privacy with its mature garden, a purpose built large wooden pergola to give ample shade from the mid day sun, private swimming pool, outdoor furniture, BBQ and gated off-road parking. There are two levels in this holiday home. With the first floor offering an open plan area with a spacious living room which comes complete with comfortable seating, a large flat screen TV and Satellite TV Box with access to 1000+ international channels, Wifi, air conditioning, fireplace and access to the garden. The kitchen is well equipped and offers all modern cooking facilities. The first bedroom is downstairs with access to the back garden via sliding doors, it has a double bed and good wardrobe space, air conditioning and guests have access to the spacious downstairs WC/shower room. Heading upstairs you'll find 3 separate bedrooms. The first and second bedrooms both offer two single beds each, air conditioning in both rooms and ample wardrobe space and share the family bathroom. Both bedrooms have shared use of the large veranda with outdoor furniture, which overlooks the garden and sea views. The Master bedroom offers a double bed, air conditioning and large built in wardrobe space and ensuite bathroom .
