The first floor flat is accessed by two flights of stairs before you enter into a sun-filled hallway. Immediately, you are greeted by an open plan living, kitchen and dining space with glass doors in four panels opening onto the balcony. Interiors provide a welcoming coastal theme throughout. The property has been newly decorated, creating a modern but homely holiday retreat. A convivial environment that invites guests to enjoy quality time together, it’s also deceptively spacious with bedrooms offering plenty of personal space as well. The master bedroom has a king size bed and floor-to-ceiling windows that make the most of those aforementioned vistas. Occupants delight in watching the swans swim past and seeing local fishermen set sail in the morning. The large room includes plenty of wardrobe space as well as an ensuite bathroom complete with a shower & toilet. A second bedroom has a double bed and a generous amount of wardrobe space, while the third contains a bunk bed and an additional trundle bed, making it suitable for up to three people. The main bathroom is also generously proportioned, complete with a bath and overhanging shower.
