Guests have private use of the entire area. Parking is on the lawn directly in front of the Guest House. We now leave our guests to their complete privacy and to enjoy the space, location & amenities. We are a short call away and generally immediately available should guests require help or assistance in any way. The Lonely Planet Guide ranked the inner-city riverside suburb of Maylands as amongst the three ‘coolest’ neighbourhoods in Australia. Your boutique accommodation is nestled within a uniquely quiet residential setting beside the Swan River, surrounded by natural bush, a sanctuary for birdlife, plus the shared pathway that takes you along the river's edge. Taking a leisurely walk in the evening along the riverfront or having a wine as the sun goes down is as hard as it gets. Very peaceful yet only 4kms to the city. Perth (Optus) stadium, WACA, Race Courses and a public Golf Club are very close as are the many restaurants within the precincts of Mt Lawley, East Perth, Maylands and the Beaufort Street strip. These are all within a few minutes drive. Coles and IGA supermarkets are about a 3-minute drive. A car is preferable but many enjoy the walks as Trains and Buses are not far away. The Maylands train station is a 5-minute drive or a 20-minute walk and buses to the city are about 8-minute walk to the East Street bus stop.
