Located in a residential area in the East side of La Spezia, our newly-renovated 2 bedrooms apartment has been completely designed by architect and interior designer with high quality materials and luxury finishes. THE APARTMENT This one storey former office combines a desire for both traditional and contemporary aesthetics. Material choices and structural statements throughout exemplify an effective unison of form and function. The furniture in the space are a result of custom collaborations with La Spezia artisans. An assemblage of both new and vintage pieces add to the layered aesthetic and sense of the unexpected. The apartment is characterised by the usage of natural materials concrete floor, pink travertine, terrazzo tiles, marble and micro cement. THE LAYOUT A private inner garden welcome the guest into the house. Natural light is prioritised with big windows and recessed skylights, one of which sits atop one of the bathrooms Bedroom: European King size bed with thick mattress padded with latex. Luxurious cotton satin bedding; Bathroom: Spacious marble shower with rain shower head to relax and refresh after a day sightseeing. We provide organic shampoo and soaps. Kitchen: The small kitchen has a unique design and it is equipped with high-end cookware and utensils to make your daily cooking a real pleasure: Italian stainless steel pots and pans and a traditional “moka” fo your coffee, to start the day the Italian way. We provide high quality amenities for our guests to ensure a perfect stay and enjoy the authentic Italian life The shops, restaurants and local artisanal stores in the neighbourhood will make you live a true 'live like a local' experience. We clean the apartment with ecological and natural cleaning product for a healthy environment. The access to the property and to the apartment are automated with smart cards. GUEST ACCESS The apartment is completely independent. It is located on the ground floor with its own entrance through a private inner garden. The rooms are equipped with TV, internet connection, air conditioning and double glazing.
