SPRINGWATER VILLA is a private, Luxury 4 Bedroom Oceanfront Oasis that can accommodate large or small groups with ease. If comfort, relaxation and indulgence are what you are looking for, then escape to Springwater Villa on Camp Bay Beach - the longest, most pristine beach on the island, on the east side of Roatan. Springwater Villa is one of the very few beachfront rental properties on Roatan with exceptional amenities and reviews!! Guests are pampered from start to finish at this stunning oceanfront property - and will not want to leave. Completely updated in 2021, this island style beach villa joins fresh ocean breezes with lush gardens and poolside decks next to the beautiful Caribbean Sea. The Villa comprises the entire second floor of the building and has 4 large bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, but there are other bedrooms on property or very close by that can accommodate larger parties. Speaking of parties, if you are hosting a celebration or reunion we can assist with that! There are 2 infinity edge swimming pools overlooking the ocean, so if you enjoy the water, you will be in paradise. Our excellent cooks are included for you and will prepare your favorite breakfast, lunch AND dinner (3 meals a day) or an island favorite for your group on the brand new appliances or the new Weber gas grill on the deck. Our staff works so you don't have to - so you can truly enjoy your vacation. You just let us know what you want to eat and drink, and we deliver it before you arrive. We provide sample menus prior to your stay, but you are welcome to send us your requests. Springwater Villa is surrounded by sandy beaches and clear water, relaxing palapas and sun decks - the grounds are complete with swing beds, hammocks, deck chairs, and beach towels. The tropically inspired, British Colonial style villa is fully equipped with an updated gourmet kitchen, patios, decks, a screened in sun room/sitting area, and unique bedrooms with new quality bedding; and 2 of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom boasts a king bed, ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a private deck with chairs overlooking the ocean. All bedrooms have AC, ceiling fan and plenty of closet space. Bathrooms have soap, shampoo, conditioner and hand cream. Enjoy outdoor dining and happy hours on the deck overlooking the turquoise sea; or maybe you would prefer to relax in the screened in patio that overlooks the ocean, with breezes that flow through the area. The Villa will sleep 8 adults comfortably in the 4 villa bedrooms, but we can accommodate up to 10 people by having kids sleep inside on inflatable mattresses or in the screened in patio; or for adults by utilizing a different building just a few steps away which is on the property, or other properties just minutes away by foot right down the beach. Why not bring your whole family or friends. Or keep it all to yourselves, as the Villa is rented out only to your group. Please note that if your group is less than 6 we will adjust the pricing accordingly so that it works for your group. The Villa has a complete, pleasant staff and property managers that live close by to provide full concierge services and can arrange for tours of the island, a hike, shopping, boat rides through the mangroves, animal encounters, or to a secluded island for snorkeling. Our staff can tell you about the history of the island and some great nearby places to visit or dine. We also have 2 kayaks and lots of snorkel gear to use during your stay at no additional charge. Included are cable/streaming channels on the large 4K TV, books and DVD's for all ages, fast Wi-fi via newly installed fiber, puzzles, games, and pool toys. At the end of your stay we present the bill for the groceries and beverages you asked for, plus electricity charges if applicable, and you pay for those with cash at the villa or via Zelle bank payment (CC machine coming soon). Our staff will cater to your every need - prepare all the meals and drinks, so you will have complete freedom for your vacation!! The Villa is a few minutes walk of several restaurants, and there is a full service PADI dive shop a 5 minute walk away where they offer low rates for dive/snorkel trips. There is plenty to do in the east end of the island and on Camp Bay Beach - without the constant barrage of vendors that you will see in the West End/West Bay areas. There are fun things to do in the area for all ages, and many places to visit for recreation, relaxation, history, hiking, listening to music and sightseeing. Guests will appreciate that Springwater Villa is in a safe, friendly area, and we practice proven sanitization methods prior to and during your stay. Before you arrive the entire unit is cleaned and disinfected, where major touchpoints receive extra attention. We also minimize germs by use of an ozone purification machine, and wash bedding in high temperatures. All of the Villa staff are fully vaccinated, and frankly there have been Very Few Covid cases on the entire island since that disease started (there were no new cases in November 2021). A smoke/CO detector is in each bedroom, and the managers live just down the road to address any issues. Please note the pools are occasionally but very rarely shared with other Springwater Resort guests that could be renting one of the rooms across the street - although only your group is allowed in the villa. And note that the property is not really appropriate for babies or children under the age of 2. We can set up airport transportation, and can assist you with rental cars or other transportation. Your stay at Springwater is Full service, so you can truly enjoy your time here. If you have a special request, just let us know. In fact, if your group is planning a celebration of any kind, we can help make it extra special - just ask! Our staff will coordinate the required Covid tests for your group to return to your home at an authorized medical facility on the island or right in the villa where we will bring in a doctor or physician assistant from one of the approved facilities to administer the tests. So whether you need an antigen test or a PCR test, we will start coordinating yours shortly after your arrival. We take care of the arrangements so you don't have to!
