The downstairs, as previously mentioned, has another bathroom, & remodeled shower! The downstairs also has a formal living and formal dining room plus, a family room, with futon sleeping couch, fireplace, and TV with roku, and a kitchen, with breakfast table. There is a nice big front porch, perfect for bird watching, and a covered back porch with outdoor table, lounge chairs, and electric barbecue grill and hammock, with big back yard. There are indoor board games, and outdoor games, & kids toys. There is seasonal pool that is closed in winter, opening by end of April/May, Lord willing. No hot tub.
