The holiday park is ideal for water sports enthusiasts, since it lies right at the Markermeer.  Golf enthusiasts can go to Golfbaan Westwoud. You can use the historical cities of Hoorn and Enkhuizen visit (11 km) from the house. Hoorn is known for its many ancient monuments and canals around the center. In addition, the house is only 30 km from the world-famous harbor towns Edam and Volendam away.
