The property is two levels and northwest facing waterfront villa with all the amenities and a couple of extra touches one expects when choosing a luxury escape. The Deckhouse, Cottage Point is a little piece of paradise for those wishing to relax and enjoy the recreational activities of the Hawkesbury River, Cowan Creek and Ku-Ring-Gai National Park. Captured through the extensive use of glass, the panoramic views of the river and beyond enter the open plan entry level. Beautifully decorated with the kitchen, dining, bedroom, bathroom and a living space. The upper floor is awash with natural light. Beyond the floor to ceiling doors, the large balcony is the the perfect place to laze on the daybed and watch the boats go by. The lower level boasts a second bedroom, bathroom & laundry facilities. This level leads onto an expansive deck and BBQ area and private pontoon to tie your boat. Kayak, fish or just relax and enjoy the water and the magnificent sunsets of Cottage Point. Access to each level via outdoor stairs and access to the property is via inclinator ( outdoor lift) Parking for one car , pontoon for boat. 2 kayaks and life jackets available for use. Extensively cleaned with medical grade antibacterial products. Two levels of modern conveniences. Upper Level One bedroom ,one bathroom, living area and full kitchen. Breath taking views from each room. Slide open the floor to ceiling doors and enjoy the view from the balcony. Lower Level Kitchenette, bathroom and queen bed. The washing machine is located on this level. Undercover dining and BBQ on the lower deck is the perfect spot to throw in a fishing line with a glass of wine and watch the boats go by No smoking and no pets. No children under 13.Young babies pre crawling age allowed pre advised .No parties or large gatherings . Maximum guests 4. No visitors Accurate numbers of guests required. We suggest travel insurance for peace of mind. The use of the jetty is for guests to bring their boat for recreational use and not as additional accommodation. Maximum size of boat is 5.5 and please advise us prior to booking if your bringing your boat. The Deckhouse is equipped with bathroom towels and toiletries. The kitchen is equipped with filtration drinking water tap and pantry staples ( oil, salt and pepper, tea etc. )No milk supplied Nespresso machine and washing machine are available for use. Reverse cycle air conditioning on both levels . Outdoor heater on lower deck. Boat hire available at the kiosk You will need to bring fishing gear, food and alcohol. Due to the varied dietary requirements of our guests, we do not supply milk. Please note that the lower deck, jetty and pontoon are not fenced. Access between levels is via outdoor stairs . Access to the property is via inclinator only, accessed from carport. Due to the unique location wifi and phone coverage can be disrupted in bad weather , no free to air TV.
