Staying close the bohemian Augusta and Paulista Ave is a plus to those who wish to explore Sao Paulo by foot and public transport. You will be centrally located to most attractions. All in a great condo with pool, sauna, gym, study room, meeting room, pay-per-use laundry (for stays longer than 1 week) and garage included. Laundry must be paid direct to the laundry staff. Check in is around 2PM and check out time is before noon, so if you need early/late check in/out, please send a message confirming availability and it will be a pleasure to help you with that. We accept one small pet per reservation only and an extra fee will apply to the daily rate. Please confirm it with us prior to the reservation. This functional, compact and minimal decorated, open concept studio is strategically located in a high standard building near Av. Paulista, subway, Rua Augusta and Consolação and also is not far from downtown. It has a good fan (it is enough for São Paulo weather), double bed and a sofa double bed, split bathroom (shower and toilet) so they can be used separately. In addition, it faces the building next to it, making it quiet at night and it has great WiFi signal and a flat screen TV It is well equipped with kitchen utensils such as pots, plates, cutlery, glasses, microwave, electric stove 2 burners; perfect for your stay. We recommend a maximum of 2 people, but it can accommodate up to 3. You will have access to all the building facilities. You will have access to the building facilities upon sending a photo ID of all occupants, it must contain the ID number and name of all occupants. This a must as it is security measure adopted by the building in which we must comply with. In the apartment there are clean towels and bed linen and basic condiments for cooking. The condo has a beautiful 25m pool, pool chairs, air-conditioned gym, sauna, dressing room, garage, automatic shoe polisher, WiFi in public areas, study hall, 24 hour doorman. All this at no extra charge! There is also a laundry service inside the building which is paid extra. You will have access to the building facilities upon sending a photo ID of all occupants, it must contain the ID number and name of all occupants. This a must as it is security measure adopted by the building in which we must comply with.In case you will use the garage, you will be required to send the plate number, make and model prior to your arrival.
